5–12 business days, depending on the delivery
location and courier serviceability. Metro cities may receive
orders faster, while remote areas can take slightly longer.
Are there any hidden or additional charges?
There are no hidden charges. Any applicable product price,
shipping charge, or other amount will be clearly shown during
checkout before you place your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through
UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking
through our payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD)
is also available for eligible orders and locations.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can generally be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been picked up by the courier, cancellation
may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible
if you need help with an order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect jewellery item?
